50th Reunion Commentary: Aviation was and is my love. It gave me my career and my wife. In 1958, I married a Western Airlines Stewardess. Norma and I have two daughters - Julie, a teacher and a recent Presbyterian seminary graduate and Leslie, married to Grant, is a nurse and they have Melanie eight and Jared five, our grandchildren. I worked for Western Airlines, the FAA and then in 1967 went flying for West Coast Airlines. Through merges, ended with Northwest Airlines, flying captain on the F27, DC9, B272, and I currently fly a Bonanza and a Cessna 120.

CYNTHIA (KEEFE) NICKOLSON - Re-entered from Patti Welder High School . Victoria , Texas , in her senior year. Tumbling, Junior-Senior Prom Committee, Office Force. She was a tomboy who blossomed into a vivacious belle.

50th Reunion Commentary: Married to Mieke for 40 years. We have three sons, Jeff, John and Jerry. Two grandsons Jeremy and Jake. I retired from Pam Am in 1991 after 38 years as an A & P line mechanic. I met Mieke at Pan Am when she was flying as a stewardess and purser. Mieke is now a RN, she will retire this year. We hope to do more traveling which we both enjoy, (we still get some airline travel benefits). My main hobby is collecting and restoring Hudson and Terraplane antique cars. Also, any related parts and literature. I also collect Pan Am memorabilia

50th Reunion Commentary: Jack and I have been married for 32 years. We have two sons and two beautiful granddaughters. In 1996 I retired from the Department of Natural Resources where I was a training coordinator and taught Geographical Information System classes. When Jack retired in 2002 we sold our house in Tumwater and became fulltime ‘Escapees' , living and traveling in our RV. Our plan is to spend this summer in Alaska .

50th Reunion Commentary: Married 45 years, Ed and I are most thankful for our three fine sons, with their wives and our 12 grandchildren, who bring great joy. We met at WSU where I was student body secretary and honored as May Queen. I've taught ABE and GED, was a legal secretary, and enjoyed being an aide in the Legislature. Active in our church, we've also been very involved in community activities and philanthropies. Mostly though, I was home as “mom,” while Ed worked in his career with Highways. He is now a private consultant

50th Reunion Commentary: Married in 1955 to Stan Ridley. In 1959 had a daughter, Sharel and divorced. In the 1960's, took lots of night classes, liked to travel, ski and dance. Learned to scuba dive in 1969. Spent 20 years diving and traveling with underwater photography as a hobby. Remarried in 1988 to Mel Gray and we enjoyed snowmobiling and square dancing. Retired from Boeing in 1995. Since 1995 we have lived full time in our Mobil home traveling at whim. Winters are spent in the south, and summers in the north. My interests are traveling, line dancing and our friends.
